My stay at Shangri-La Toronto was truly amazing. From the plush atmosphere to the exemplary service, it felt luxurious throughout. though I did miss out on the spa due to a lack of reservation. I can't wait to return for that experience!

I had a fantastic stay at Shangri-La Toronto. the hotel is beautiful and perfectly located next to Soho House. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially during check-in. However, I did experience a slight discomfort with the lobby staff's attention towards me and my friends. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel.
